Meghalaya Scenic Tour (4N/5D)
Day 1 – Arrival Guwahati – Shillong
Welcome on arrival at Guwahati Airport/Railway Station. Visit Kamakhya Temple, followed by a scenic drive to Shillong. En route stop at Umiam Lake for sunset views. Evening visit to Police Bazaar. Overnight stay in Shillong.
Day 2 – Shillong Sightseeing & Laitlum Canyon
Breakfast at hotel. Visit Ward’s Lake, Elephant Falls, Shillong Tea Garden, Shillong View Point (inside Air Force base), Air Force Museum, and the breathtaking Laitlum Canyon. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Shillong.
Day 3 – Shillong – Dawki – Mawlynnong – Cherrapunji
After breakfast, drive to Dawki to enjoy the crystal-clear Umngot River. Visit Sky View Point and Balancing Rock at Mawlynnong, Asia’s cleanest village. Continue drive to Cherrapunji. Check-in and overnight stay in Cherrapunji.
Day 4 – Cherrapunji Sightseeing
Explore Cherrapunji including Mawdok Dympep Valley, Green Valley, Eco Park, Wah Kaba Falls, Nohkalikai Falls, Mawsmai Caves, and Seven Sisters Falls. Lunch at recommended local restaurants. Overnight stay in Cherrapunji.
Day 5 – Cherrapunji – Guwahati Departure
After breakfast, visit Thangkharang Park and Garden of Caves. Drive back to Guwahati. Drop at Airport/Railway Station with beautiful memories of Meghalaya.
